It's not bad..just short and mediocre. Fun for a weekend though. I'd buy it for $10 and feel okay about it. PC should have active multiplayer at least for the moment too

I will say from the little I played of it, I felt that it would benefit IMMENSELY from an improved framerate. Not saying it suddenly becomes a good game with a better framerate.
Action games absolutely need to have at the very least a perfectly stable 30fps. The amount of input lag makes it feel like shit.

I don't support ports of old Japanese games. If I wanted to play any of these Jap games, I'd hunt down the console they were on first and get it there. By supporting delayed console ports, I am giving them the message that it's okay to treat PC as a dumping ground for console scraps, and to potentially hang their shiny new console exclusive game over my head.
