Can't decide what build to make in DaS3
What kind of build are going with, /v/?
Since now sorcerers are the worst and most nerfed build in the game, I'll go with one.
Easy (and fun) builds right now: STR and Pyro
Something light and dexy. with a little bit of sorcery sauce.
maybe some pyro for that zesty southern flavor

paladin aka str/faith build
will probably go with a dex build for my second play trough, something that uses a rapier and some support spells since iv never touched anything dex/int related in this game
I did pure INT for my first run and am now working on LCK/FAI.
INT was suffering until endgame where I got 50 INT and spells actually started dealing damage. It was still incredibly difficult. Since then, I've respecced to 40 INT/FAI and have been tearing NG+ a new one with sick pyro hexes.
FAI/LCK is very interesting. I can proc bleed/poison somewhat more easily and enemies drop cool stuff more often, but I feel like Anri's Straight Sword and the plentiful HP regen options are what really shine. FAI/LCK makes good use of the two Lloyd's rings, too. I really like it.
I think I'll make a regular old quality guy once the NA version comes out.

Im playing a dex sorcerer now with moonlight butterfly horn , dragoncrest ring for magic dmg , lautrec's ring and soul/crystal soul spear for tough mofos like 4 kings.
Id highly reccomend such a build after trying it for the 1st time.

Sword and board strength build.
Biggest weapon I can find and a shield. I've done that for every other game so far.
Deprived, then adapt to what I can find.
I'll probably go for DEX with dual weapons if they don't suck, since I always go STR, or hybrid.

Thankfully, no. I don't think any item is very difficult to get except for covenant rewards. Those have a 1% drop rate before factoring coins, LCK, and the Covetous Gold Serpent ring.
