Guy meets the group early on in the game being all friendly sort of like seymour in FFX. They're setting it up so he has numerous appearances throughout the game.Id be happy if it was him and i hope he uses the umbrella as a weapon

Nigger, he is a plot boss. He has a presence throughout the entire game, as well as actively trying further his own well explained goals. The objective of the party are to prevent Vayne's goals. He eventually uses the biggest and strongest things at his disposal (bahamut and turning into the undying) to try and succeed, but the beings that are guiding him (the occuria) force his hand into doing what they want. He might be a letdown of a boss, but the plot to him is superb.
