Marvel is erasing the existence of the x-men because they don't have the rights to put them in (their most significantly profitable medium) the movies.
All themes touched by them are being moved under Inhumans.

Disney doesn't make actual tie in games anymore, instead they are using Disney Infinity as a platform for all of their movies to share the same core gameplay mechanics. Since Disney does not make X-Men movies they will not make X-Men Infinity content. So never.
