Did a quick drawover, I think what would really help you is to try to draw the body as more three-dimensional shapes.
The head shape itself is actually alright, The main problem is that right now, you've lined up the jaw on the viewer's left side with what would probably be the cheekbone at 3/4 view of the face. Another think that makes it look a bit weird is that the jaw seems to go sidewards more than backwards. Loomis' planes of the head would really help here, but generally thinking about 3D shapes would too. Study closely how the neck attaches to the head, right now it doesn't look like her neck attaches to the back of the head as much as it should.
Also body wise, you've got the right idea but try to pay attention to three dimensionality once again. Her torso looks alright shape wise, but it suffers on the viewer's left side because you didn't include the side plane.
Hope that helps a little! Keep it up, you seem to be getting the general shapes right and that's already really hard.
