Yunalesca is weak to Holy. Yuna can learn it at the end of her Sphere Grid. Once she learns it, you can make Lulu and Rikku learn it as well.
Yunalesca will instant kill everyone on her 3rd phase if there are no party members with zombie status, don't ever cure zombie. Have high HP when going into the fight.
And most importantly, once you finish her fight, pass the cutscene WALK IMMEDIATELY back into her chamber and follow the stairs downstairs, you'll re-appear in the same room but a chest will have spawned in the back. This is a sigil for Tidus' celestial weapon.
If you don't get it now, you'll have to fight a Dark Aeon version of Bahamut.
High HP, Holy magic, don't cure Zombie, get Tidus' key item from the boss chamber. I think Yunalesca instantly kills summons after one turn, so always overdrive when summoning.
