My favorite is Majora's Mask anyway.
I know I'm gonna be alone on this, but probably Twilight Princess. It has a feeling that other tloz games don't. It has an eerie vibe sorta like MM. Next up would probably be A link to the past then windwaker..

Twilight Princess, to be honest I like it better than OoT while I am playing it. It's not super complex or anything it I have fun doing literally everything in it: Petting the cats and dogs, fishing, fighting pig riders on my horse, shooting bomb arrows, wrastling goats, etc. there isn't one part of the game that I don't enjoy
Twilight Princess, it was the last game I played before getting hooked on the pots in 2008, a happier simpler time.
Hyrule Warriors, because it has unique gameplay compared to the others and ditches the gay ass puzzles and linear jumping through hoops story.

I can't choose.
I'll always love Link's Awakening. It was my first Zelda, but it's just got so much going for it still. I'm going to buy Hyrule Warriors just because it's getting LA DLC.
Majora's Mask is amazing for reason that have been explained a hundred times over.
A Link Between Worlds was fantastic.
