The PC version is actually a little bit more risque than the PSP version. But the leopard outfit is an outfit you only unlock if you beat one of the hardest mode in the game and considering you have to unlock each mode everytime it'd be understandable it wasn't noticed. I'd say that, school swimsuit and the bloomers outfit are kind of "fetish outfits". You'd almost need to 100% the game to unlock them though.

The only issue I have is with the ratings. It's not really sexual, now is it? It's sexy yes, but there is no penetration, petting or groping etc. Young girls in bikinis isn't porn.
