While the overall picture looks pretty good, the lines are all levels of shaky/not straight, especially the curves. This is either because the tool you used to draw (whether pen or mouse) was used to draw the line slowly to try and capture the curve too much, instead of quickly. From the one sized brush usage, I'll assume this was done by a mouse.
For future references, try drawing curves quickly instead of slowly. You'll be able to capture smoother lines a lot better that way.
Depending on what image manupulation software you use, there may also be an option to use a "Pen" tool to draw smooth curves. If you must have 100% control of your lines/curves, look into learning how to use it, since it allows for complete control and modification of lines you make before you stroke them down on the canvas.
