I may be biased because I got the game as a gift, but Turok is a surprisingly good game, and a great port.
It plays like this weird fusion between Quake and Super Mario 64 where there's a lot of platforming, collecting, and finding secrets in gigantic levels interspersed with shootouts with poachers, dinosaurs with guns strapped to them, and aliens. It's the kind of bonkers concepts and genre mixing you could only see in the 90s. The port also allows for any resolution and getting rid of the fucking fog.
20 bux is a lot for it, though, especially because I beat it in like 8 hours, and there's not much replayability other than cheats and harder difficulties. 12 may be a bit of a stretch too.
But it's good, I promise!

The tutorial is cool, then the rest of the game is shit. The story randomly ends, too. There are some things that lose their punch, particularly the quests where you meet old characters. At the end of the day, the witcher 3 is too newcomer friendly in my opinion though, felt like a lot of my choices didnt' matter. So I would say buy even if it's your entry point.

It's good shit either way. If you already have the first two I do think it's best to play them both. At the very least skip the first if you can't tolerate it and play the second on the lowest difficulty settings - it's pretty short that way.

Season passes don't usually get discounted, but combo packs might. So far only The Witcher 3 has ever gotten a discount, but maybe if a complete pack comes out later it the season pass might too.
Buying the game at 50% and then buying the season pass is just paying the same price as you would for the full game though so I don't see why anyone wouldn't do just that.
