This. Collabs usually end pretty good but the main problem aren't the drawfags, which always end to deliver something for the collab. The problem is always finding someone with the balls to take responsability for the collab itself, making rules, templates, deadlines and keeping track of all deliveries.
I understand them though, being the collab guy is not an easy task and it's very time consuming.
