I recently bought my wife's son a ps4 for christmas. He was really excited to play the new Call Of Duty, but it's now been 4 days and we still cannot get our ps4 to work. I tried calling Sony support but they are of no use so I thought you guys might know what you're doing and tell me how to fix this.
