Some of the very old heroes like Ogon Bat and Moonlight Mask wore capes too, but Kamen Rider wore one because at the time motorcycle riders in Japan were wearing them, and obviously Rider got so huge it became THE symbol of a hero in Japan.

If you're serious, Warframe is a very grindy game, but it can be fun with a guild to chat with.good luck getting her, you need to do low, medium, and high level Spy missions perfectly (all three vaults) for a chance at her parts (I hope you like getting 2500 credit caches, which are worth nothing considering most things are like 20,000 creds or more, but don't worry credits are easy to get, I have over a million,) then wait 3 1/2 days for her to build (12h for helmet, systems, and chassis, then 3 days for the actual Warframe, using those three pieces. You also have to get 9 Nitain Extract, and only 4 come up randomly throughout the day, and 3 Argon Crystal, which is rare as hell and decays in a day. She also doesn't come with those colors, you have to pay plat, the ingame currency which you can buy with real money or trade for, for colors or get them through events (Halloween, Easter, Valentines day, PSIV for PS4, etc)

Ehh Spy is pretty easy to do, but yeah shes a pain to get. By my calculations I did about 12 hours worth of spy to get her. My clan mate got all the parts within 30 spies. FUCK RNG. Not all bad though, you can get tower keys and rare mods(like covert lethality and Rime Rounds, both at least 15plat to sell) from spies. T1 Spies don't give jack aside from that whatever, T2 Spies depending on where you go can drop them rare T4 Sabotage keys, and T3 Spies(Which contain 2 parts) shit out XP. All of them are also pretty fucking easy to do, can even brute force it if you want
