Classic, Adventure, event matches, how you unlock stages and characters, all that was done great. Also all the additions to gameplay (more throw options, side-Bs, air dodges.)
It was such a huge step up from 64. The new ones are like steps backwards.

How does that work?
Obviously you want to do them in air, it provides movement and AC on land. But his lasers are faster, and travel in a straight line, so they can go in between pills.
Also he's fairly fast, so platform movement would be a good approach option, aside from FD and fountain(which they would ban.)

Nair and dair are a tool,sure, but from what I can gather thats only after the initial laser.
For more clarification, drop through platform dair isnt neutral, and AC bair isnt an approach.

How do you climb the wall, bros? It's so tiring going to tournaments just to go 0-2.
You keep nicking at it, taking more stocks each time, winning a match the next time, maybe even going 1-2. But it gets tiresome, everybody else has just been playing for so long.
Living in such a stacked state (Florida) doesn't help either.

Fellow Peach main, I'm definitely hit a wall as well.
When I play fox or falco, I realize how how much more you can get away with. I have decent spacing with my aerials, my float cancled nairs are improving, my grab game is alright (can chain-grab spacies 40% of the time), but with Peach, you have to play very safe and not over-reach.
I'm just learning platform movement right now because the only way I can improve is to make her much faster.

What i would recommend is getting waveland-grab down on platforms, i see armada do it a lot. He predicts the tech on a platform, and goes for the grab right away instead of extending the combo.

I loved the Subspace Emissary in Brawl, but wasn't a fan of the overall physics in fighting vs. melee.
But I gotta say, Brawl is probably better overall. More characters, more stages + level editor, and they did us all a huge favor by allowing the use of a Gamecube controller. Even if not everyone was happy with Brawl compared to Melee, I can't say Brawl was really a bad game, outside of the challenge series which felt like an enormous letdown compared to Melee. The final event in Melee with Giga Bowser + lvl 9 Mewtwo + lvl9 Ganondorf was fantastic, especially as a way to finish off for somebody who used those events to hone their skills and actually, well, challenge themselves. Brawl's was "eh" in comparison.

You should probably learn to upBcancel, not just for Falco, its just his only good out of shield option when pressured
Talking about learning Doc things you really should have as much character knowledge for him as possible, get the chaingrabs and up/downthrow fair percents down
Dont just cape every laser by instinct, make sure the distance is right so it hits back at him before he can spam more of them.
I havent fought a good Falco in a while so I cant offer much more. Dont try to CC dsmash dairs, you'll get fucked up
