Well, if you want to go there. Kojima's ability to produce great games drastically diminished post MGS3 by a large margin which resulted in the cluster fuck that was MGS4. He would then cancel ZOE3 because no one bought the badly ported ZOEHD, near scrap MGS:R because he had no idea where to take it, then turn MGS into a grind fest that would divide fans with PW.
Then we have MGSV. More gameplay, but like Mad Max, it was the repetitive bad kind of gameplay. He then forced a plot on us that made MGS4's nanomachine hell seem logical, make characters unrecognizable to suit the stupid narrative (Ocelot actually STOPS torture and acts like a soft doting uncle) and finishes it all with waifu masturbation and no one giving a fuck that a kid just stole a Metal Gear.
The worst part is I haven't gone into depth about just how lazy Kojima was with MGSV, so lazy that it cost him his job. I don't want any games from someone who can defend Venom Mime with a straight face.
