With the winter sale coming up I'm looking for a few suggestions on things to play with my steam friend. We both prefer cooperative games as opposed to versus games. RTS, FPS, and things along the lines of Terraria. Can you help me out /v/?

serious sam it even has splitscreen on the pc version
Dying Light is a great co-op game, just finished it a week or two ago
We also co-op'd through DaS2 recently, just take turns summoning and do every area and boss twice. I recommend it if you have a good co-op bro.
The new Gauntlet is decent but it's a pretty short game

doom quake and descent are retard proof to setup with source ports (don't buy them though)
doom 3 open co-op mod (for regular doom 3 not BFG edition)
trine series and shadowgrounds (really cheap and good games)
