I like Fallout 4 more.
Even though I fucking love the original two Fallout's, Bethesda outdid my expectations even if they were set at zero. Not bringing back the Enclave and taking the antagonists' themes in an interesting direction while staying true worked better for the story than just bringing back the Enclave like a comic book villain. Not that it was perfect, but it was surprisingly mature on their part to come up with some new material.
