It's been about 3 weeks and I've seen a really noticeable improvement in my fitness. Before I struggled to do 20 sit ups, but now I can blast out 50 with little effort. I'm going to start hitting the gym in a few week so I can really target those muscles.
I'm 190cm, was ~70kg but now I'm approaching 75kg.
