I need help getting my computer to run games better. The framerate drops so low it makes playing near impossible.
I have:

Are you stupid? How have you never downloaded free ram? I did it years ago and my computer hasn't failed me since then. I can run GTA V full everything and highest everyone at over 60 frames and I only have a gtx 260.
