750W is kinda overkill for your build. You could roll with a 500-600 if quality, but if you can get for a good deal those EVGA G2 PSUs are good so I don't blame you. I actually have that same PSU and it's great.
Other than that you look pretty good. GPU is decent bang for your buck, but just know that when Pascal comes out next year it's pretty much a must buy and the 970 won't be worth a lot. But in the meantime, it's a great choice if you don't wanna spend the cash for a 980ti.

There's your problem, they're not refurbished at all, likely just plain-old used and they took a Clorox wipe to it before selling it to you. I don't know what Gamestop does when they "refurbish" exactly but it's not what Nintendo does, as they actually make the consoles.
Refurbished Wii Us from Nintendo are fine, I own one, and again they have the same 1-year warranty a new console does. Friend of mine just bought one refurbished as well and it's fine.
