Here's my guy. Top is my out of the Vault look, bottom is my grizzled BoS member look. Had less scars at the beginning though, added them for effect. A neat feature would be to get scars over time from battles (of course with an added ability to turn it off.)

I know that you can find more hairstyles, but what I am saying is that Bethesda doesn't give a shit. They put some hairstyles that are enough for the base game, and wait for modders to do more work for them. It's due to the fact that just about every other normie is playing it. I do see it as a pretty good improvement between games, but not a huge improvement. Not big enough for how long it was supposedly in development around 7 years they said. I did it, it's actually really easy later on whichever way you play. Literally any build can do survival mode and it's only difficult for the first 15 levels.
The silenced PP7 you get from a quest is the only gun you'll ever need. ROF is high enough to out damage pretty much anything and you can hit the VATS cap of 16 shots without even using your entire AP bar. I one shot death claws with it.
