Anti-aliasing in sprites isn't generally something you do in some program by pressing a button, it's something you do manually. The idea is that you put darker colours around your lines to give the impression that they aren't just disconnected pixels, making them look more like smooth lines.
Pic related is a pretty quick example so it doesn't look great in all places, but I hope you can at least figure out the intent and find it helpful.
