Depends on how they price it. It is for electronics (PS4 was costing $2000 here at launch day) but some game developers are pretty generous. For instance, the Diabo 3 expansion is R$70 right now which is like R$18, not sure how much it costs to you but I am probably paying less.

I have no idea how it'll play on console, during beta they disabled auto-aim for controllers probably because of online abuse. I could imagine console players becoming frustrated with it and drop it.
Personally, with 20+ characters (possible new ones) and simple multiplayer matches I don't mind paying 60 dollars. I paid that price for Guilty Gear Xrd without buying the extra DLC characters so the content isn't a big deal for me. I do understand everyone else's concerns with a lack of solo content but I have no idea what more they could or should add to the game that isn't just superficial.

I play HOTS the time and its pretty dead. Has surges at times but only because of the fucktards that want vanity items.
They can't make the game free and sell individual heroes because that would make the game literally pay to win when it's TF2 style hard counters for every character and no 1 per team limit on character. If micro transactions are actually 100% cosmetic skins this is the best possible price model for the game.
I'm still probably not going to bother with it anytime soon. The r34 will be nice though

The problem isnt with what people think. OW simply tries to make a concept work that has been failed numerous times. Shit like escort missions simply arent interesting to watch or play. They become dull really damn quickly. Happened with TF2, Dirty Bomb and plenty others.
So unless they come up with some genius competitive mode I dont see how this game is supposed to last. It doesnt even need to be complicated but simply keep the game fresh. Look at CS, some people have been playing Dust2 for more than a decade. And that game probably uses the most simple approach you can take.

As someone who is in the closed beta, I can say the game is much more fun than I excpeted it to be but I definitely will not spend 60 bucks on it.
So far, the game modes are trash and most of the maps are bad which makes the game mode even worse. Game balance relies heavily on someone playing a tank hero which are all boring, low skill ceiling heroes that I don't enjoy playing at all.

In an FPS they might be if they allow you to blend in your surroundings, or confuse the enemy. Planetside 2 is a good example.
