Dude if you pay attention to the higher level male NPCs around level 15-18 they teach you the secrets to avoiding the nightmare mode and you still get access to the opinions and hobbies perk trees. The main difficulty then is overcoming the age-comprehension skill check for friendships. I've fucked up though; my NPC grandfather was a stonemason and I missed my window to join.

it all started ages ago with the first game and their stat and characteristics gets mixed and it's assigned to a new player. With little customization with such scars, hair and clothing available. Even going to the npc that can change your appearance kinda sucks also cost TONS of gold. If you rolled a female character and try to change your breasts a bit it just fucks up the game physics so badly. Worst part for those players that picked the wrong gender, you have to pay so much gold it is crazy and it is barely convincing on the majority of them.
Anyways customization is shit. The community is really bad esp around level 6-18. Bc mods doesn't seem to give a shit about gankings in non-PvP areas.

if you really can't move away on your own, just start eating less and less while doing more and more training. go to the gym and take up some cardio. i'd recommend HIIT but i fucked up my knee doing that and i'm not even fat, so maybe not. boxing is good. if you can manage to fit 5-8 hours of intense training at both the weightlifting gym and the boxing gym, you'll increase your calorie burn by like 400-800 per day.
