*Mikawacchi beckons Yamada to tell Kase not to see Inoue-senpai again
*Before Yamada can tell her that, however, Kase tells Yamada that she doesn't want wearing the frilly maid apron and get looked on by dirty eyes
*Still hung up on it, Yamada dons her frilly apron and decides to tell Kase straight up, but gets surrounded by guys wanting to take pics of the kawaii meido
*Kase fucks them all up
*Just as things get cute and cuddly, Inoue-senpai appears dun dun duuun

I read them all. Kase-san should have been more assertive about having Yamada consider going to Tokyo since she knows Yamada's personality pretty well by now. It made Yamada the one who took the final step, which is good for her character, but it feels like there have been weeks and weeks passing by without them interacting substantively or being open and honest with each other except for a few climactic hyper-emotional moments. The plot device of their conversations being interrupted or curtailed has seemed a little contrived too, since there's nothing really preventing them from talking the next day or on the phone.
I know it's high school, and they've both been shown to be very awkward and tentative, so it's not a big deal. This new drama with Kase's senpai looks a lot more interesting and could be more of a reasonable point of tension than just some miscommunication.

I'd call it pretty much a guarantee that all of Yamada's concerns about Inoue are going to be the result of her worrying about things and building them up inside her own head instead of telling people about them, and she's actually no threat at all (even if Kase wasn't totally head-over-heels for her anyway). If there's one shortcoming Kase has, it's being so completely smitten with Yamada and so good at seeing her strengths that everyone else overlooks that she's unable to see all of the insecurities about herself that Yamada has internalized.
My personal prediction is that senpai was just experimenting or just wanted a fun Class S relationship with a guyish girl while she was in school, and wanted out when it started getting physical, hence Kase's fears of being dumped during the school trip and being so nervous about asking for more in volume 3.

Kase becoming the one who needs to be coaxed by a more warm and confident Yamada would be a great capper to this arc/or the manga in general, if that's the case.

The artist announce every release on his twitter, it seems to be monthly or every two months, it's released with the Flash Wings web magazine, next release is scheduled for end of june

I already have the tanks, but Kase-san is hands-down the currently running yuri series most deserving of licensing.
