1) Female-female fertilization has been already been successful on mice. Male descendants are, however, currently impossible due to the lack of Y-chromosome.
2) Remnant has significantly higher tech level than Earth. With access to hardlight projections and true AI it's hardly a stretch to assume that their medicine is similarly advanced and allows for even more advanced methods like chromosome generation.

3) Aura as demonstrated so far only servers to increase strength/speed/healing etc etc, manipulating already mature chromosomes and many of our hormones as grow adults to make you have male reproductive organs capable of generating spermatozoon seems too incredible.

1) There is an infinite amount of reasons why it shouldn't be possible on Remnant but since it's possible on Earth it's only reasonable to assume that it works there too. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, assume Texas since that's where the show is being made. The procedure itself cannot be that complex. And seeing what they managed to do to the other half of Ironwood it's safe to say that medicine isn't exactly underdeveloped either, that wouldn't make sense on a deathworld.
2)Of course they have a periodic table of elements. Dust or not you need a certain knowledge of semiconductors and doping to get tech like transistors. Moon hasn't been reached because their most efficient engines can't make it and there is little point in getting there. The orbit has to be chock-full of debris from the moon which will grind any spacecraft to bits so even if they designed Dust-free satellites they would be ground to scrap within months.

1)Makes sense, what they did on Ironwood would require some knowledge of medicine, or the organic parts would have rejected his mechanical implants but that still doesn't involve genes. We already knew how to make very delicate surgeries before they artificially created babies.

You don't just discover half of the elements and forget about the rest. That is just blatantly impossible.
It took us billion of dollars and decades of dedicated research to put anything to the orbit. What incentive is there for them to do the same? Their most useful tech is worthless out there. Their resources are also very limited and there is no arms race to boost R&D.

It's an inevitability unless some deity oversaw the destruction of the moon. The lack of showers is an oversight in M&K's part.

You don't quite understand the magnitude of the problem.
We are already reaching a critical limit on our most used orbits since we have launched so much crap up there. This is happening even when the price tag to low Earth orbit is around ten thousand dollars per kilogram.
In fact, a domino effect is a very real possibility where a single violent collision could trigger a massive chain reaction across the orbit, reducing satellites to destructive supersonic clouds of scrap.
Half a moon's worth of dust, gravel, boulders and mountains is impossible to avoid. The problem with space is the conservation of momentum which means that the orbit is filled with unavoidable supersonic pebbles.

The atmosphere is made of mainly nitrogen, they all breath oxygen, they live in apparently four dimensions, things don't fall sideways, Thursday comes after Wednesday and nobody likes taxes. Some things just don't change; literally everything is possible by going off-tangent and assuming wildly unintuitive things.

Its really stupid, but what I usually do is:
1) Stop trying to write. Take the rest of the day off, take a nap, completely get what I'm trying to write off my mind.
2) The next day, go to a bookstore and walk around looking at the covers and titles of the books. For whatever reason this usually gets my creative juices flowing.
This usually works for me.
