You really shouldn't bother going any smaller than 3000px. But honestly, there's no real reason to down scale pages. It's actually better not to because you benefit more people other wise.
Up scaling an image stretches it out and you lose quality. So people with large monitors lose out reading it when it's fit-to screen. By the same token, reducing the size of page to fit it to a smaller monitor/online read doesn't do anything to the quality of the page.
And when you save and gray scale image with a restricted color depth even a page that's 3000px is no bigger than 1MB depending on how much black is on the page.
Anyway, you can do whatever you want that's just my input.

Fine sacrificed her own soul when Shirabe took the "soul-destroying" attack that Kirika tried to do a really flashy suicide with. Her view on life and love changed after Hibiki beat the shit out of her at the end of S1, and after observing FIS' interactions throughout G, which caused her to decide to make on final, selfless act in an attempt to make up for all the bullshit she put so many people through.

Supposedly yes. Her soul did seem to disappear, but there's always the possibility that Kirika was exaggerating and/or just being Kirika and not fully knowing or improperly describing her attack's properties.

Also, Maria's reaction in the aftermath - was that just Maria being Maria, or was it the first time Tsubasa had said that? Some context about the state of their relationship might've helped make that a little clearer, and possibly more significant.
Did anyone ever get their hands on this? Sasa is listed as an artist along with a couple of other yuri-friendly types. I can't find it but I'd definitely import and scan it if Sasa has a part in it that's more than like two pages.

The Ogawa bit was supposed to ride the line a bit between creepy and funny. I wanted it to read that Ogawa is kind of silently overseeing (and by not interrupting, approving of) Tsubasa's life, while also keeping the hall clear of staff or reporters that could spread rumors and cause a scandal. I probably could have made that more clear.
As for the second comment, a bit of both. It was originally going to be the first time Tsubasa said it (and the first time they actually kissed properly, though I liked the kissing the gag into Tsubasa's mouth too much to leave out). Later I thought that Tsubasa doesn't really seem the type to sleep with people solely for pleasure, which made the idea of them having a sexual relationship, but not a romantic one, seem odd to me. As such I decided to just make it Maria being Maria, but again, I probably could have clarified that better.

I have faith in what Kaneko can do considering his background on other works. You can dismiss a hiccup or two with GX but remember that he made WA4 as well (haven't played it to judge it but it got a really mixed reception from the fans especially), because literally no one is perfect.

It is incredibly anti-US. The second season tries to make up for it a bit, by making the Americans the victims of the attacks. The only real time they made the Americans feel human in Symphogear was when they were fighting on the US ship, where all the soldiers were turned to ash, and Chris found a locket belong to a US soldier that contained a picture of he and his daughter. GX didn't have much Anti-US in it surprisingly.

Several years prior, as a result of Fine’s research into “relic activation,” the American government became aware of a “new potential energy source” that surpassed fossil fuels and nuclear technology. Although at that time Fine held the advantage and was manipulating the government at her will, the Americans saw this is as an opportunity to reclaim their lost national prestige and resorted to covert, illegal actions. Beyond the hacking Division 2’s headquarters, they also utilized private armed forces who carried unmarked equipment and weaponry to prevent being traced back to the source. These troops were responsible for the assassination of Defense Minister Hiroki, which was performed at the order of Fine.
However, when the Symphogear’s existence was revealed, the American government was quick to turn a sharp tongue to Japan. They were the first country to openly criticize and begin fanning the flames of public opinion. After that, when a contract of “bilateral cooperation” was incorporated into the US-Japan Security Treaty, they did a complete 180 and began strongly proposing cooperative maneuvers.

Even though it was revealed as an “Anti-Noise Weapon,” since it had been used to destroy the falling moon fragment it became apparent that it was capable of producing a tremendous amount of destructive energy, which, to the Asian countries surrounding Japan, became an immediate concern. Despite the fact that recent events had many militaristic implications, he saw no choice put to proceed forward despite the truth remaining hazy.
The fact that the Japanese government had been in possession of the Symphogear system was a reality that had a tremendous impact on the status quo of the world.
However, this impact was not solely due to the fact that it was a means of attacking the Noise, but also due to the advent of “relic activation” there were expectations built around them providing a new source of energy, among various other promising avenues of development.
