Now now. Yurirei is pretty mediocre, there is no reason to bash other yuri franchises. (especially given how relatively unknown Sono Hana is for English peaking people. The short nukige are translated, but none of the main-games are)
That said, I actually bought this. But mostly to support yuri. I was positively surprised at first, but it essentially became what I assumed it is, and I dropped it there. So I wouldn't consider this VN especially good or bad. But it's easy to figure out if it's something for you or not.
For /u/ I'd assume most like it. I personally am a bit different: I love yuri, but I dislike the yuri-genre. So this VN came simply too late for me. We have 2016, the genre opens up and changes, which I think it REALLY needs to, and Yurirei is simply 4 years old already. This is twice as disappointing, as this is a relatively long VN and they didn't use that at all. With manga we can't change that we simply get many many short works. Do you really have to emulate that in a VN?

Alot of people are guessing Imouto Paradise 2, which would explain a sequel. Kindred Spirits' drama CDs and bonus material is basically the 'continuation' of the franchise and story. Most of it takes place 1-3 years after the game ended.

I thought Sparkling Sunshine was pretty weak, but it got me thinking. In almost all yuri, I notice there isn't much emphasis on physical attraction between characters.
I'd like to see more yuri where one girl says "damn, my girlfriend is sexy" or things such as that. Maybe even an arc where a girl becomes physically attracted to another character--not because she thinks "she's cute and adorable and makes my heart ache", but because she thinks "damn she makes me wet down there just looking at her".
Then girl A gets close to girl B with the intent of getting into her pants, but gets to know her and finds out she's a cool person and feels guilty that she just wanted to bed her. Then they resolve the conflict and have sex and live happily ever after.

Nena loves to sleep while covertly paying attention to everyone around her. Ano hates being looked at directly or becoming the center of attention, but enjoys the company of others. I can imagine them growing closer while to an outside observer it would almost look like they are two acquaintances ignoring each other. I hated Megumi at first, but she grew on me a little bit when we see things from her perspective, which suggested that she actually care for Yuna, but embarrassed to admit it, and love to pick on her because its fun.
Her constant feud with Yuna made their relationship unique and somehow made her goodbyes affect me more than Sachi's.
I liked all of the pairing, but AkixYouka and UmixSasa are the best.
