Well, they are more used to reading kanji indeed, and would probably have less problems making out what's written on there, but it's still not exactly pleasant to look at 425x600 images. I think those aren't the full/release versions.
I really don't have the time to be fucking around with their reader right now, but http://www.famitsu.com/comic_clear/se_seiren/ has higher res images.

1. Mirei/Mamori - a lot of introduction to the project, the reason of Mirei's fixation on Mamori and some fun lewds.
2. Kasumi/Kouzuki - Team Rocket are so bored they come up with idea to match Kouzuki for Kasumi's Extar. Kouzuki proceeds to rape Kasumi.
3. Meifeng/Torino - Jew guilt trips Mamori into photoshoots of her and by extend Mirei in lewd underwear to sell them better. Torino joins. Almost zero lewds.
4. Charlotte - there's a summary of her storywhich I wrote

Haven't looked at the translation, but in this case kanojo as "her" would be correct. Basically, kanojo means "girlfriend" when it's used as an object/noun (e.g. "xx no kanojo" -> xx's girlfriend, "kanojo ga aru?" -> "have a girlfriend?") and "her" when it's used as a subject/pronoun (as in the referenced pic). There usually is not any ambiguity,
