Having played said quest... sadly no, not at all, although it's implied Yuki is at least bi in P2. She later flirts with another girl(despite crushing on a guy early on). Ayase is very likely 100% straight. That said, it's still cute!

It pained Yukiko more than one could imagine, aside from maybe Chie... but things were getting a little too out of hand, at least at entirely the wrong time. No matter how sweet the shared moment was(very), it would ruined along with their reputations were they to be caught. Since she'd escalated the situation to that point, it fell on her to calm it back down.
Chie's lips were still shaky in their placement against Yukiko's, as if not entirely sure of how to return the hostess' passionate attention, but she had certainly made an effort... at least until Yukiko's hands went to Chie's shoulders, and with a tense 'shh!' sound, gently guided the other girl away from their previous embrace.
"W, what, did I-... was I doing something-..." Chie had looked horrified for a moment, as if somehow she'd ruined the moment, a notion Yukiko acted quickly to dissuade.
"N, no! You were fine! B, but... we... ah, have company..." The lesser(that was, not at all) dressed of the two motioned to the door behind them with a blushing expression. "We-... we should at least wait until-... um-..." Wait until what? They left? Yukiko saw them to their rooms? She realized that she was in neither no position nor of a proper appearance to do what her job required of her.
Chie seemed patently aware of this, too, at least judging by what aspect of Yukiko her gaze was presently locked on. That made Yukiko's blush darken as she crossed her arms over her chest. "C, Chie! Focus! S, someone has to handle them, or... or they'll never leave us alone!"

Chie blinked at that, and it then dawned on Yukiko how that could be interpreted. "I, I mean-... oh for heaven sakes, you know what I mean! S, so... we need to... ah..."
It was proving difficult for the raven-haired hostess to think clearly. Not only was she presently lacking any sort of clothing and left clueless as to how to deal with a surely impatient group of guests, her head was still swimming from what had been one very dizzying kiss. A series of them, no less. Yukiko shook her head, trying to focus for once.

Well, P2 has Noriko who is VERY attached to Anna using "sama" in regards to her (in japanese).
Innocent Sin has her behaving like a left behind lover and in Eternal Punishment she is hunting all those who hurt her "beloved onee-sama" (Hit and Run driver who ruined Anna's career and the principal for being a disgusting asshole towards Anna). They're not sisters by the way.
Anyway, see it however you like, but Noriko is extremely fond of her and while Anna is pulling off the delinquent act in Innocent Sin, rejecting Noriko's help. In Eternal Punishment (new timeline) she's caring a lot for her.
Also to be noted is her way of speech when possessed by The Joker. Everything she did was for Anna, and then Noriko's dialogue box goes like "<3".
Anyway, Noriko is obviously infatuated with Anna.

And Anna was almost begging to help Noriko. The former is a rather socially awkward, and she pointed out that despite it, she can converse normally with her. And of course, Anna can have a "yuri bad end" in Innocent Sin (at that point twisted and evil) with Shadow Yukino.

I am maintaining a word doc, yes. I'm sure I'll post it in some complete form once it's finished. So far it's being posted in snippets at my deviantart, bad ends and all. It's caused some confusion, I'm sure, since more people vote here than there, so their choices sometimes never pan out. :P They all voted A on the last one, for instance, and C on this one.

Yukiko's boldness continued to amaze herself, but it certainly left Chie stunned as well, as the naked hostess fearlessly opened the door and hurried out into the hall, though not without clutching Chie by the hand and pulling her along after. Where was Yukiko taking them? That was being played by ear, really. But she didn't want to keep the other girl in the awkward confines of that closet, nor could she hide anywhere out in the open.
First things first, away from the hallway! Blessedly, if anyone was nearby, either they didn't notice the two girls sprinting past them, or they were too stunned to react. Yukiko silently prayed it was the former. It was too late by then. Whether or not their half-streak had gone noticed or not, the hallway was well behind them.
"Yuki, you-... you really should, ah-... p, put something on...!"
Chie was stating the obvious, as Yukiko well knew, feeling her tresses shift loosely along her back and barely grazing the curves of her posterior which had nothing else as cover.
"I, I know...just.. just don't stare! We have to get some place safe first!"
Yukiko tried her best not to let a furious blush dominate her pale features, and soon realized she was failing. She could only hope Chie did as she was told. Yukiko had no intention of stopping until the two were out of trouble, and she finally did. Only she had lead them right into...

Yukiko hurried into the room with an exasperated breath, just before letting her free hand shoot to the sliding door
behind them to push it shut. "T-there...we're... safe..." Yukiko spoke between gasps of air, managing a weak smile to the nearby Chie, who still had a flushed expression on her face... and was clearly trying to look anywhere but at Yukiko, since she was obviously too occupied to cover much of anything.
"Ah! S, sorry-...Chie..." Finally recalling her modesty, the ill-dressed hostess moved her arms back to her body in a vain attempt to conceal her lack of attire, though there was really no doing that.
Once she regained some composure, she took the opportunity to survey the interior. It really was totally empty. No bedding in the corner, no amenities, no sign of any resident.
"I guess this room is still waiting for gu-" Yukiko froze in mid-sentence. Guests? "Chie, we need to-"
"This way, fast!" Chie spared no time in reacting. She grabbed Yukiko's hand and pulled her towards the closet, despite the black-haired girl's bashful reaction. "W-wait, Chie, we shouldn't hide in-" Yukiko's protests fell on deaf ears as the athletic female acted with practiced swiftness. It only took her seconds to force the closet open
with one hand and deftly pull Yukiko into the closet after her before pushing it shut. "...here..."
The dark closet cut out all source of light from the outside, pitching the two in near-blackness, though Yukiko could still make out Chie's features in the close space. "Chie, we can't hide here, they're bound to-...!" Yukiko had meant to voice
further protest... until Chie had silenced her lips with a kiss. "M-m...!" Her eyes went wide as her complaint was absorbed by the impassioned gesture. Chie grabbed her hands tightly and practically swallowed up Yukiko's lips into a deep kiss of the sort she could have scarcely imagined. "M, m, C-chie...!"

Yukiko bashfully tried to breathe out an attempt at reasoning with the other girl. It wasn't that Yukiko minded, it was just she knew full well that the room wasn't going to stay empty forever. And yet Chie didn't let up... in fact her kiss just intensified, and her hands went from the door and Yukiko's taken hand to the small of her back as she pulled her closer still.
It was just as Yukiko reluctantly let her eyes flutter shut and give into the kiss that she heard the faint sound of a door opening.

Yukiko backed up against the wall, her breathing suddenly skyrocking as Chie began kissing down her stomach. "W, what are you-"

"!!!" Yukiko barely kept from crying out as she bit into her lip just as Chie's kisses reached her pelvic area. This couldn't be real...! Yukiko stared down in abject panic, trying to dial back the heated situation. Chie couldn't
seriously mean to- "Chie, someone will...!!!" Yukiko's voice was absorbed by a choked gasp. Chie had grabbed onto her rear with both hands, and suddenly kissed well beneath her waist... even closer to her exposed intimates.

But they're actually games, Persona 3/4 have a pretty good amount of subtext with Chie x Yukiko and Mitsuru x Yukari
But if you really want yuri, go to Persona 3 Portable, you can play with a Female MC, almost every girl that you can befriend have subtext, and them there is just text with Aigis, Elizabeth and arguably Mitsuru

Some days later, Yukiko's fingers were shaking nervously as they opened the envelope. An invitation from Chie, plan as day. She had already closed up the inn for the evening. Whether the girls had been too stunned or even amused by what they saw to tell anyone else, or maybe they had simply been terrified that the Dragon of Inaba would destroy them if they dared utter a word, no tale of their indiscretions had left the inn.
Yukiko had made the brunette swear to be more discreet from that day on, and so they were... at least until she saw the contents of the letter, inviting her to a very public dance. Yukiko sighed, smiled despite herself, then tucked the letter away in a drawer of her desk before she went to her closet.
Obviously she was going to have to pick out something very special.

It's really the drama CDs and a bit of the fighting games that bring out Yukari/Mitsuru, as well as Mitsuru's actions in The Answer.

I think Yukari's pretty gay for Mitsuru in the vanilla game too. She spends the whole year obsessing about Mitsuru, first in a hostile way, until after certain events she becomes determined to get close with her. Once she succeeds, Yukari's important events tend to be with Mitsuru rather than the MC, who she's much closer to in the first half of the game. The Answer is basically her saying goodbye to her first love and taking tentative steps towards a relationship with Mitsuru.
Also, the moment Yukari and Mitsuru become friends in Kyoto has them act towards each other in ways they act towards the MC when romancing him. Mitsuru starts calling Yukari by her first name and Yukari makes an accidental innuendo.
That's assuming a male MC. Yukari's story is more interesting that way, while a FeMC makes Mitsuru's side of the story more involved.

Honestly not a fan of the pairing. Not to douse anyone's headcanons, but if I can't buy into it, it's hard for me to write. I'm a fan of Naoto/Kanji and Rise/Yu, respectively(please don't hurt me).

Dear God, is this real? Kirijo Mama just gave her blessing to YukaMitsu. I knew the drama cds amped it up but never listened to them before (only read a little bit of the script from the one that has Yukari and her wish to become Mitsuru's maid).
So to sum it up:
- Kirijo Mama is pro YukaMitsu
- I can see how Kikuno likes to tease Mitsuru
- YukaMitsu were childhood friends (kinda)
- Yukari is perfectly eligible to date/marry Mitsuru because of her mother's social standing (arranged marriage AU when?)

I'm calling bullshit on that, though. Yukari's an utterly middle-class girl, which is one of the reasons she contrasts so well with Mitsuru. Also, if the number for calling her mom is exactly the same as the one to the Kirijou mansion, doesn't that imply Yukari and Mitsuru are not only from the same social class but actually related?

Oh, Yukari is middle-class allright, there's no dispute there. But there's mention of a certain lady Isako, married to a scientist and kinda out of the social gatherings. However, Kikuno refers to Isako as "from the Founding Council", so it's not farfetched to think that once Yukari's mom married she went to have a quiet life with Takeba, thus resulting in Yukari being middle-class.
If they're related, it would be as really distant relatives, but I don't think they are (if Kirijo Group had a founding council that doesn't mean that all of them were related. Sometimes different families associate).
And the number isn't exactly the same, it's the area code only.

Aigis leaves a lot interesting developments for story potential. However Mitsuru or Saori would be my choices just because they are so uncommon. Mitsuru for the whole rich heiress thing and Saori because she's a doormat trying to assert herself.
