Relationship with the protagonist? I objected to posting either of the main 5 girls from DxD only because the series is literally about the MC making a harem out of them specifically and neither of them have any real gay feelings towards each other. This is a ticking time bomb. Series like Nanoha or Madoka like to "play" with their promotional material with a hint of canonicity. DxD or any other "harem" series is doing this only as fanservice.
I've already spoken with someone about lesbianism within a non yuri polygamy, which I myself did not start, and only received negativity. Which I fully understand. If some of the girls in "harem"shit end up like Sena and Yozora, great. That is without a doubt yuri and won't ignite shitposting.
