Dengeki Neptune will be sold on November 26. It has those 5 things you see in the pictures, calendar, product codes, etc. Theres 5 plans (doesn't specify) included in the magazine. More info as it gets to the release day

The games all involve the same characters, but the story involves multiple dimensions and alternate versions. The first game takes place in a different dimension than the subsequent ones, and its story is self-contained. The third game is a sequel to the second game.
They all have various amounts of subtext/content, with the first one being the most overt. Just play them in order, they're good.

I spend 500 hours on those 3 alone, all my friends play them on vita too since you can't really bring a PC along with you. Anyway it's getting a bit off-topic so lets drop it. I just wanted to say that enjoying Nep games a year early makes it more that worth it already considering how cheap the Vita/VitaTV is. I even have a PS4 ready for early next year when VII gets localized and I could care less if it releases for every other system X months later, but what do I know I don't even have steam.

To be honest, the dub is what makes that dialogue work. As in, if I listen to the japanese audio and read the engish dialogue, it's just jarring, but english audio and english dialogue works, even if it's a rather... liberal translation.
