The concept of a Stark/Targ hybrid is pretty cool desu. Problem is George went so far to hide the Targ half both physically and in terms of Jon's personality traits that it's kind of like "what's the point?"
He also has fuck all living Targ relatives besides Dany who knows everything she knows about Westeros and Targs from Viserys, so I can't see much interesting interaction there once he finds out. Not like he has anyone around him that knew his father personally.
I remember a lot of people gave it the benefit of the doubt that the resurrection would be the turning point and there would be more of a balance thereafter, but he's really still the same to the point he might as well just still he Ned's bastard. At least that's what the cynical part of me feels, perhaps next season will prove me wrong.
