Also interestingly there is a recurring theme of legendary swordsmen seeing the leader of their enemy and trying to cut a bloody path to them. Jaime tried to kill Robb, killing a bunch of his personal bodyguards, who were children of his vassal lords, mirroring Ned's entourage.
