I think that we will have one season about Dany's conquest of Westeros, that will segue into a final season about the White Walker invasion.
Cersei is going to resort to some brutal things to the alliance to weaken their loyalty to Daenerys and break up her forces as much as possible. Ultimately though, King's Landing is going to be a parking lot by the time they're done. And Cersei has never met Daenerys before, and that's a scene that they won't be able to resist working in there somehow.
Jamie will survive somehow. He is either going to turn his back on Cersei and join the other side, or he will fight honorably and be allowed to live. He will ultimately end up fighting side by side with John against the White Walkers.

Cers has been one of the few legitimately powerful women on this show from the get go. She had to rely on her own cunning--even though she's fucked up plenty--to best her enemies. Her experiences don't make her some Stronk Womyn but instead the bitter, spiteful bitch that a woman would be at her level. She's vengeful as all hell. She lives only to get what she wants and when she doesn't get it, she tries even harder the next time to get it no matter the cost. She's relied on her Lannister name, but her own people (Tywin, Tyrion, now Jamie, presumably) keep her from maximizing those benefits causing her to become even more self-reliant.
This is how a power-hungry woman acts. With Dany, we get a fucking trust-fund kiddy who's amassed a treasure trove of power from a series of dead husbands who falls back on her Targ name without actually earning it (surviving fire wasn't exactly EARNED by her, she stumbled ass backwards into it). And yet we're supposed to all side with Dany and say fuck Cers.
