Dany's comes into Westeros and does what she says. She smashes "the wheel". But then as she's the sole ruler of many kingdoms and peoples, she struggles to rule them all effectively and efficiently. She slowly becomes more violent, often resolving issues over things as trivial as land disputes, by burning both parties and their lands.
Conversations are had that compare her more and more to her father the Mad King, and Jon will have to revolt against her. Dany being over powered as fuck now, is just setting her up to be a god-tier villain by the end of the series. The wheel will be reinstated, but the audience will be left to wonder if that was a good thing.

Over powering the villain is always interesting at least, and Dany definitely has both the temperament and lineage to become an oppressive leader.
Just look at the slave dispute, she came in and demanded everyone conform to her ideology of a free world. Massive revolts happened and force was her go to response. She couldn't even realize that talking it out was a viable solution, Tyrion had to make the truce for her.
