Season 20 is weird. Supposedly each serial is about bringing back an old enemy, but the Master and the Mara just appeared last season and the Black Guardian is stretched out over three stories where he isn't really the main antagonist of any. So with Resurrection of the Daleks pushed back to season 21, Arc of Infinity is the only real, proper "bringing back an old villain/monster for the 20th anniversary season." And it's shit. Only good part is when Peter Davison plays Omega.
