I know D&D are shit and write shitty arcs all the time and I'd take it for that IF there wasn't so many things that just seem off, like Arya behaving nothing like herself (more like Jaqen desu), arya hiding in a fucking hole because she knows she's at risk, then suddenly she just walk around without a care in the world... Also the face that waif used was seen by Arya in the hall of faces.
Bottom line, I'd say that if there's nothing more to this plot, D&D thought about making it more but dropped it. There's too many things in place for it to just be coincidence. It's more, or it was thought to be more but they kept it simple instead.

I will spoil episodes every saturdays going forward.
Tomorrow is obviously the war of the bastards. Here is what happens:
1: Tormund dies when he charges at the Bolton army when they have their shield up. It enrages the rest of then free folks and they all charge. (most free folks die in this battle)
2: Davos dies, killed by ramsey who tells him he killed stannis the same way (he's lying to piss of Davos)
3: Back in Meereen, theon arrives and helps Daenarys kill the slavers and take their ships.
4: The hound arrives at the war of the bastards with the brotherhood without banner and kills a lot of people.
5: When it seems like Jon's army is going to lose, littlefinger swoops in with the knights of the veil and the tides change.
6: THIS IS THE BIG SPOILER: As it seems like Jon's side is going to win, the white walkers arrive, finishing off Ramsey's army and resurecting them. The credits come.
