Arya knows he's lying, and rejects his weak offer to join back up.
Once she's no longer holding a blade to his heart, Jaquen pretty much shrugs and (subtext) emotes 'yeh, okay it's a cult and a scam. You figured it out. Congrats.' He gives a wry smile as she leaves. His reaction to the whole ordeal is pretty much: 'oh well, I'm alive -- there's plenty of other apprentices out there'.
