First of all, the kindly man doesn't know about Arya's skinchanging (or at least she hides it), the point of that is that she appears to have mastered his teachings and taken on the "no one" mentality, but in reality she has used her secret ability to circumvent her lessons and retain her identity.
There's a few possible explanations for the Red God/Many-Faced God thing.
1. The Faceless Man aren't actually faceless/without autonomy, or at least not all of them. That would be impossible to accomplish, they're human after all. We see this from how Arya manages to be accepted into training even though she still has her own identity, she either fools the kindly man, or she passes some minimum requirement. Ultimately, they are an organization that exchanges goods for services, so getting a capable workforce is probably prioritized over getting a completely brainwashed workforce. What matters is that they serve the organization. So once you are though the "no one" training and have proven you will serve, individual faiths and beliefs are probably allowed so long as they don't conflict.
2. The Many-Faced God is not just the one true god, he's the root of all gods. Hence why all the gods appear in his temple. So to worship the Red God is a subset of worshipping the Many-Faced God. Him of MANY Faces. Worshipping the Red God may also be part of the Jaqen H'ghar identity assumed by the faceless man in question.
3. Jaqen may be a rogue agent. The Faceless Men caused the Doom, killing the Valyrians, and the maesters of the Citadel are against dragons and may have plotted against them, but when Jaqen shows up in Oldtown he sneaks into Marwyn the Mage's circle, a man who is going to help Dany. Right around the time a book in Oldtown called The Death of Dragons appears and Dany is proclaimed Azor Ahai by the Red Priests. So Jaqen may be in Westeros on a personal mission to aid his messiah.

Brienne goes inside Riverrun to meet w. the Blackfish. Brienne returns oathkeeper to Jaime. Jamie forces Edmure Tully to surrender Riverrun, as he is the lord, not the Blackfish. Blackfish shoots arrows after the Lannisters. A battle ensues inside Riverrun, and Brienne is barely able to escape. The Blackfish is presumably killed off-screen / uncertain in the ensuing battle.
Arya serves poisoned pie at the Twins in episode 10. She kills Walder Frey.
Episode 9 has two locations. Winterfell and Meeren (three dragons).
