You also know NOTHING about LF's character. He doesn't just openly betray people, he PLAYS people to his advantages. If anything, LF is letting Jon and Ramsay fight it out until both their forces are nearly annihilated, until he swoops in to finish off the Boltons and claim victory. His army remains strong, virtually untouched since he is just mopping up Boltons, and Jon has little to no forces to oppose his army. He will then attempt to marry Sansa and become Warden of the North, since Jon is still a bastard and cannot hold that title. This is where the reveal at the end of the season that Jon is a Targ comes into play, he is unable to lead the North himself, but he now has a claim to the Throne since Tommen is dead, and his claim might just be better than Dany's claim.

Jaime becoming King is DEFINITELY happening, though he won't be as villainous as the outline, but not as heroic as how he actually is in the books. There's a reason he was dismissed from the Kingsguard. He'll be Tommen's closest male heir.
The Others being the villains is also happening, I suspect GRRM has made them more morally grey, sympathetic, misunderstood or actually interesting in the actual books but they were an evil army of the undead in the outline.

Episode 7 set up the BWB as a game of murderous outlaws. One of the characters (not named in the show but CONFIRMED to be Lem Lemoncloak by the actor) is a member of the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood started off as a noble organization to protect the smallfolk in the Riverlands by attacking both sides. After Thoros revives Cat in the books, Beric eventually dies and LSH takes over leadership, turning the organization into an outlet for her revenge against her killers.
