I thought it was very good. The soundtrack is excellent and the characters are unique and interesting.
Also, the Coen Brothers basing it on the Odyssey made it a fun movie to analyse. In fact I remember having to do that in High School English class.
Great movie, I just have to block out of my mind what a huge faggot George Clooney is in real life to enjoy it.
