A lot of the power of a queen is her ability to hold respect of the people. It's been stated that cercie is weak shit now because of her nude walk bringing her disgrace. But it didn't matter as much cause cersei is just a mother of the king. She doesn't actually have any power besides zombiemountain personal guard, her brother and a little influence over her son. And now it's just zombiemount.
But as a queen like marg it would be a bigger downfall. She loses that chastity value, loses control of the people that she once had way more of than cersei, and it just goes to show the queen isn't held to a higher standard and the crown is less powerful than the faith.
