The promoters of mass immigration and multiculturalism know this and love to point to such people as proof that only silly people complain about multiculturalism.
The middle class and hippie do gooder university educated liberals who want more Muslims and refugees will never have to deal with the consequences of what they are asking for. They just get to scoff at the uneducated racists.
They will never have to compete for jobs, housing and services with these people.
Their children will never have to go to schools where the quality of education is greatly diminished as the school struggles to educated classes that are too large and students from dozens of backgrounds who may not understand the culture or speak the language.
People such as me who are moderately educated and are trying to make a life for themselves can't speak out about this kind of thing because we actually have stuff to lose.

Eventually ethnic nationalists will come to power somewhere and start deporting people.
Other governments facing similar demographic issues will be forced to either denounce or tacitly endorse such actions.
