Book-canon:
Robb (thinking that all male heirs were dead) makes Jon his heir and legitimises him, the northern lords who were there for the signing of this will should see Jon as the Stark heir and King in the North, or at least Warden of the North.
This is complicated by a few things though:
1. Jon Snow might actually be Jon Targeryan so potentially you might see rival claimants trying to rules lawyer this to prove "jon snow" can't have been named or legitimised in Robb's will. This will probably not pop up as a legitimate issue but it's a potential problem regardless. The interesting thing is that this could (if R+L were legally married) actually be better for Jon's claim on the north because it would make him the closest cousin, though it could also be really bad because it makes him the rightful prince (assuming fAegon)
2. Both bran and rickon are very much alive which would, according to normal rules of succession place both of them ahead of jon. The question here is whether Robb's will as King in the North overrides the traditional rules of succession, this would almost certainly depend on how exactly Robb phrased "jon is now my heir" in his will. If it comes down to it I expect Bran will likely cede it to Jon but Rickon is a complete bitch so who knows
3. We don't quite know if Sansa can inherit for her children or not. Most often what happens here is that Sansa becomes the Lady Stark with the provision that it immediately passes to any male heir she produces and she assumes the role of regent. You can see this in the books with Bronn who is currently regent (but styles himself as Lord) Stokeworth. If Sansa can inherit for her potential children then she bypasses jon but I'm almost 100% sure that it wouldn't work like this in this situation desu.
What matters most here though is "do the other northern lords care about the minutiae of this situation" because its they who ultimately decided whether to support Jon or not.

In real life Meera and the children of the forest are struggling to escape from their hiding spot with Bran from the Kings who have found where Bran's staying because he got too close in a vision. As they're escaping, they try to get Bran to wake up, and the whole time they're running Bran is inside a memory/vision watching young Hodor. Flash to real life as Meera and Hodor are escaping, they come to a door to block off the wights, but Hodor is the only one strong enough to keep it closed. Meera shouts at him to 'hold the door', leaving him to fend for himself as the wights tear at him and she drags Bran to safety. Hodor begins repeating the words Meera has told him as he struggles to keep the wights out. In the vision/memory Bran is in, young Hodor suddenly falls to the ground seizing, yelling 'hold the door' until it becomes nothing more than the usual 'hodor'.
