It looks like it going to have some good silly fun moments, but it also looks like they're going to try too hard and lose a lot of the charm the setup originally had. I was going to pick at how "I know New York" is a shitty justification for the black lady to be on the team, but now that I think of it that's actually comparable to what Zedmore had, which was basically just the ability to carry the equipment and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. On the other hand, how many decades has this been going, three? four? and we're still doing the "get a black person because we're dealing with ~the streets~" thing? The funny thing is even among people who are left and liberal, people generally don't like "SJWs", let alone think they *are* "SJWs". I don't think you understand how non-egalitarian Hollywood casting is. An all-female cast will never simply "happen" without it being decided on in advance. They absolutely lean towards male-dominated casting, to the point that films have maintained an average of one female speaking role to every six male speaking roles for *seventy years*. There are certain default assumptions in filling roles that, unless actively challenged, simply happen.
Think about Alien for a moment - it's famous for the fact that the writers told the casting agents that any role could be played male or female, right? In an ideal situation, you'd think it would be fairly close to fifty/fifty right, thrown off only by an odd number of characters? Instead it's five men to two women (and in Aliens, Jim Cameron decided it would be cool if one of those women was actually genetically male). If you include the alien as the eighth cast member, it becomes six men to two women. And, while Alien is nearly forty years old, casting goes little differently today. Prometheus, in the same franchise, with the same director, had a whopping one more woman in its main cast than Alien did, despite a much larger crew (and pretty much all white, too, save for the bridge crew). Diversity has to be for diversity's sake, or it just doesn't happen. People have too many preconceived notions for it to be otherwise.
And don't get me wrong here, I think 50% of the new Ghostbuster's cast is absolutely terrible (McKinnon & Wiig seem okay, but the other two...). But don't go around expecting casting agents to act without bias. They need to be lead around by the ears as much as anyone.
