You probably haven't read the Christie Golden books but they go into this in a lot more detail. Yes it sucks you have to read those few books to get the full perspective when they should be done in the actual game, but it is what it is. Thrall had to leave to save the planet itself from dying, and gave leadership to Grom because Orcs make up the majority of The Horde in Kalimdor, at least in Orgrimmar. He felt it was the easiest path to the least resistance. Magatha fucked this up though, leading to Cairnes death and the rest is history. He certainly wasn't going to give leadership to Sylvannas or Lor'Themar because they had their own capitals to govern. I mean it makes sense. Vol'Jin didn't even have the Echo Islands at the time and there are barely any Darkspear left, Chen was gone, Rexxar was gone.. you could argue why he didn't choose a more less tempermental orc like Etrigg or Saurfang but maybe he just picked Garrosh because h was the youngest and saw something in him.

Because they lost all their talent, seriously and trust me, I played WoD and did all the content even mythic in 3 weeks, cancelled my sub before the month, the arena was fucking broken, they refused to fix the passives until 6 months later, even though alliance filled the top 30% of arena leaderboards , Ashran was a fucking mess, the only people who still play WoW are losers who like to transmog like some fairy while sitting in their garrison and talking in Guild Chat, don't waste your time on this garbage.

I did all the content and got gold in 3 weeks in the dungeon challenges. This shit is piss easy, mythic took us a week and a half to complete, everything is dumbed the fuck down for the lowest common denominator, the game was fucking trash and this expansion will be as well.
