From what I've seen Kylo Ren, Darth Vader and Stormtroopers are the most popular toys.
Finn's issues go beyond race, he takes off his stormtrooper uniform after the first 20 min, he spends most of the movie in a generic jacket, his most used weapon is a borrowed lightsaber and has no accesories like Rey having BB8 or Poe with his X-wing.
