as much as it seems like the show is scripted sometimes, the fact that so much of this kind of thing backs up what apparently happebns on tv makes me doubt that much of it is. in all likelihood therer a re a ton of these types of things that don't pan out and he just uses the few that work, but i'm guessing that a large majority of the show is authentic and unscripted.
