I don't want to sound like some /tv/ pro, but the fact that Mr. Robot isn't real was pretty obvious and I was 100% sure he's in his mind during the motel scene when he told him "I'll be always here for you" and basically nobody really talked to him even though he was supposed to be the mastermind
